Since 2018, we have proudly partnered with Swinburne University’s CXI Research Group, a leader in consumer and customer experience research. This partnership has allowed us to leverage cutting-edge academic research to inform our business strategies and enhance the services we provide to our clients.
Our collaboration with the CXI Research Group spans a range of initiatives, including commissioned research that delves into the evolving landscape of Australian consumer behaviour. Notable examples include our annual studies on ‘The State of Customer Experience’ and ‘Christmas Shopping Intentions,’ which offer valuable insights into market trends and customer behaviour.
Beyond research, our partnership with Swinburne University’s Master of Marketing program, established in 2022, embodies our commitment to education and professional development. Through the ‘Services Marketing and Customer Management’ unit, we provide students with real-world learning opportunities that bridge the gap between academic theory and industry practice. This hands-on experience is instrumental in preparing the next generation of marketing professionals for successful careers.
