Our RACV and Virtual Product Advisors teams were VIC/TAS state winners and national finalists at the 2023 Auscontact Excellence Awards.
The Auscontact National Excellence Awards is the most prestigious industry event in Australia recognising and celebrating excellence in customer service, contact centres, customer experience, and employee experience.
Our teams have been acknowledged for the highest standards of commitment to customer service excellence in Australia in the following categories:
- Virtual Product Advisors: 2023 VIC/TAS Winners and National Finalist Customer Experience Initiative of the Year – Digital Transformation. This award acknowledges that our VPAs offer a digital service that has demonstrated visible improvements to providing the best online customer service experience.
- RACV and CPM Program: National Finalist Vendor & Practitioner Collaboration – Best Collaboration. This award recognises our collaborative partnership with RACV in enhancing the customer experience.
